  2. Bring or send us your items along with the recipient's address and phone number abroad. Our physical office in Lusaka is at: Pepi Pafupi Trading, Zimco House, Cairo Road (next to Indo Zambia Bank Main Branch and right opposite ZANACO Bank Head Office), Floor 6, Office 611, Lusaka, Zambia.
  3. We give you the total shipping fees, inspection and export permit fees at primary cost, plus only one small, all-inclusive service fee — no hidden permit or packaging costs.
  4. We arrange inspection, permit clearance, clean, label, pack and ship it for you, and hand you the tracking number.
