Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from Lusaka, Zambia within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase and payment received. Made-to-order items may take slightly longer and will be noted on the product page. Shipping Carrier

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t moved for more than 7 days or appears lost, please contact us. We’ll work with DHL to investigate. For lost packages, we offer a reshipment or full refund after 30 days from ship date.Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
