We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unused and sealed in the same condition you received them In original packaging with all tags attached Returned with proof of purchase Items not eligible for return: Custom or personalized orders Items marked as "Final Sale" Items damaged due to misuse 2. How to Request a Return

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address in Lusaka, Zambia.3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method like DHL. We are not responsible for lost return packages.4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Shipping costs are non-refundable. DHL return shipping costs may also be deducted from your refund.5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.6. Damaged, Lost, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping. Claims after 48 hours cannot be accepted.7. Late or Missing Refunds
